A Nedley Depression Recovery Program will be held on Tuesday nights from April 28th to June 2nd from 7-9 p.m. at Davis High school, room 2308. It costs $50 per person, and $80 per couple, with an additional $20 fee for the workbook. (Three additional books will be recommended at the class.)

May 12- Nutrition & Brain Function for Depression & Anxiety
May 19- Cognitive Tools that Help Heal Depression & Anxiety
May 26- Positive Choices and Encouraging Calmness
June 2- More Tools for Improving Brain Function for Depression & Anxiety
