Class fee: $50 per person, Required Workbook fee: $20
Optional textbooks recommended.
This is a highly effective health education program designed to help people learn what they can do to heal from depression and alleviate anxiety. It is based on hundreds of studies that identify causes and successful treatments for depression and anxiety. This course encourages commitment and change. YOU CAN DO IT!
